DIY Replacing Clip Rivet Retainer Fasteners for a Corolla

This is clips for a Corolla but it can be universal for any type of vehicle .

But splash guards purpose is to keep water from splashing on your motor and other parts especially your a/c from rusting and going out . Some people cam care less but this is highly important and if you have a show car even better to keep it clean from snow , mud or water .

Real simple to clip in , Just find the fastener that fits your needs .

For this I used Clip Rivet Retainer Fastener 18/7.5/7mm; 0.71/0.3/0.28 inch

DIY - 2002 Infiniti I30 Left & Right Engine Splash Shields

This is a simple DIY I only had to do the driver side but I bought both sides - This is for a 2000 Infiniti I30 and this is very important to have cause your A/C unit and other parts will not get wet as you hit puddles and the water would splash on the parts then in the future rusting them sooner and soaking the belts making them squeal in the rain .

Yes they can be a pain in the ass to take on a off for oil change but if you can see you can slightly pull away from the oil filter and then remove it .

There are other splash guards underneath this vehicle make sure you order the correct one this one is for the sides behind the wheel covering axle sides .

Basically it is a bunch of clips that hold the parts - You can use clips or bolts which ever fits you .

DIY - Replacement Front Motor Mount 2000 Honda CRV

This is a DIY for a 2000 Honda CRV front motor mount .

First thing you do is remove the bottom of the splash guard .

Once you remove the splash guard you will see the front motor mount - There are 3 bolts holding it down - You will need to make sure you support the bottom of the engine just in case the engine drops a little .

You will notice a difference in the bracket - Make sure you put it on the same way - In this photo will see a black mark to indicate its the bottom .

Once you remove the front motor mount you put it back on the same way .
