This is a DIY on how to replace front brakes and rotors on a 2000 Infiniti I30
First you remove the two bolts holding the caliper to the caliper bracket , Using a screw driver if needed to help pry the parts apart gently
Once you remove the caliper hang it some where safe where it will not fall and brake the line
Then you can remove the two bolts holding the bracket to the spindle
Then with a brake caliper tool push the cylinder back - Make sure you unscrew but do not remove the brake master cylinder cap so that when you push the fluid back it will be easier - Do not leave the cap off cause brake fluid will absorb moisture .
It is recommended to replace the hardware kit an do a brake flush - If your not replacing the rotors then have them resurface - If you haven't done a brake flush this is the perfect time to do so .
Once you have completed everything then you can put everything back together , Test brakes before starting the vehicle.
